Will Mills

Will Mills is MD of Exponential Advisory Partners, the premier advisory firm to fast growing Music/Tech companies. As an executive, founder and investor Will has have helped create businesses with a market cap in excess of $600m. These include helping build Shazam towards its successful acquisition by Apple, co-founding Dynamic Music (Sold to BMG) and was an Advisor to Musiio (acquired by SoundCloud). He has also worked in leadership roles at LyricFind and invested/advised many other music/tech businesses.
Will is an experienced public speaker on music/technology, having keynoted or represented at events such as SXSW, Cannes Lions, TechCrunch, Sonar and more. Will is a co-inventor of patented sync technology used in Shazam and is also on the Board of Trustees of the music charity, Brass For Africa and a mentor on Abbey Road’s Red program.
